This site is the personal practice of Tadzmahal Yancha Ulao. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit or get in touch, and how it is used. It is written to be clear rather than legalistic.
What is collected
Only the information you choose to share is collected. Using the contact form or sending an email means providing your name, email address, and whatever you write about your situation, such as your handle, company, or role. Nothing beyond what you provide is gathered.
How the form works
The contact form sends your message to the inbox, either by opening your own email program addressed to it, or, where a form service is connected, by delivering your submission there. The site itself runs no database of visitors.
Why it is used
Your details serve a single purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where work follows, to carry it out. The lawful basis is your consent in reaching out, together with a legitimate interest in replying. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors arrive from. Analytics runs only if you accept it on the cookie notice shown on your first visit. Decline, and no analytics cookies are set and nothing is tracked. No advertising cookies or ad-tracking pixels are ever used. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.
Third parties
- Google Fonts — the typefaces load from Google's servers, so Google may receive your IP address as part of serving them. No other data is shared.
- Google Analytics — if you accept analytics, Google sets cookies and receives usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and the site you arrived from, to provide aggregate visitor statistics under Google's own terms. It stays off until you consent.
- LinkedIn — profile and post links open on LinkedIn, which keeps its own privacy policy.
- Any email or form provider connected to the contact form processes your message on behalf of this site, under its own terms.
How long it is kept
Your message and the related correspondence are kept only as long as needed to respond and to manage any work that follows, then deleted. Earlier deletion can be requested at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU, or a region with similar laws, you have the right to access the information held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. To exercise any of these, email thecoach@bytadz.com, use the contact form, or reach out on LinkedIn, and it will be actioned.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated, and any significant changes are reflected here.
